What We Are

We are a small group of friends in various positions across a handful of industries who call b***s**t on the buzzwords and ivy-vague attempts at vision and strategy that look good on PowerPoint but don’t mean much to the rest of the company. We are the smart, experienced, and skilled rank sitting in the chairs, poised with insight and idea, but ignored while leadership parades consultants in to opine and advise. We are the energetic, passionate, and highly under-utilized.

What we are not

We are not an expensive top-tier consulting firm looking to plunge a highly billable team into your organization. We are not interested in getting people fired, shamed in their position, or blowing sunshine to the masses and call it motivational. We don’t claim to have all the answers. In fact, we are really not a consulting firm. But we’re pretty sure we can deliver the same or better than the $$$ engagement you’ve hired or thinking about hiring.
